Intimate atmosphere, three unique restaurants, proximity to ferry dock
Pool hours far too short!!! Jacuzzi tub in the room seems like a waste of space!!! Some rooms positioned near an excessively noisy internal bird area, disrupting sleep!!! Requests for rollaway beds taking over 24 hours, multiple asks needed!!!

Memorable Moments by the Pool
Our family was welcomed by friendly staff who made us feel at home. The beach was pristine, and the pool volleyball games were a fun way to connect with other guests.
However, the evening entertainment left much to be desired, with some shows failing to engage the audience. Requests for a rollaway bed took longer than expected.

We had an amazing 8-night stay! The food, especially at Madre Mia, was outstanding with creative local dishes and delicious cocktails. However, the pool's closing time felt too early, frustrating for night owls! Overall, I would definitely return.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing
I just spent 8 nights in a Superior Beautiful Partial Ocean View Kids & Teens room, and it was an absolute dream! The food options were out of this world, especially at Madre Mia where the cocktails were fantastic and the local dishes had such a unique twist. Pool volleyball was a blast. Not only did we have so much fun, but it brought us closer to other guests too!

I recently spent 8 nights at the Superior Deluxe Partial Ocean View, Kids & Teens Free room. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the Cozumel ferry. The beach is clean and well-maintained, with gorgeous sunrises visible from the room. Most of the staff were attentive. I particularly appreciated the seamless service at breakfast. The buffet had a decent variety but felt repetitive by the end of the week. Momo, the Asian restaurant, exceeded my expectations with high-quality dishes and excellent service. I enjoyed the pool volleyball games. they were fun and a great way to socialize. One major downside was the entertainment schedule. While we had a fantastic circus show, others felt lackluster. Also, the hotel tried to pressure me into attending a sales pitch for their membership in exchange for vouchers, which I found off-putting. The jacuzzi tub in the room felt excessive. it took up valuable space I'd prefer to use more functionally. Lastly, I had issues with the timing of room service. Even though breakfast in the room was timely and delicious, our requests for a rollaway bed took over 24 hours to fulfill. Overall, the amenities are nice, but there is room for improvement in variety and service efficiency.
